Members that sign in to their BetMGM account can head to the promotions section and opt-in for the Lions Sweepstakes. They will immediately receive one entry.
After that, players can receive one additional entry when they wager $100 on any Live Dealer game. The Live Dealer options at BetMGM include:

The latest you can submit an entry is 11:59 PM EST on Sunday, October 10, 2021. Seeing as the Lions game against the Vikings kicks off at 10 AM, you’ll still have plenty of time after the final whistle to play Live Dealer games and earn that extra entry.
Five winners receive two tickets each for the November 25, 2021 home game against the Chicago Bears. It’s no Packers, but the Bears have to be the second biggest Lions rival.
The prize drawing will be held within seven days of the end of the promotion period. That means you’ll know by October 18 at the latest.

Then again, nosebleed tickets are on sale right now for $87 a pop (not including fees) on Ticketmaster. So if you don’t win but still have your heart set on going, it’s pretty accessible for an NFL game.
