Irene's Casino is located in Pahrump, a small city in the suburbs of Las Vegas. There is public transportation from Las Vegas, but it's only twice a day. The nearest highway is US-95. If you come from Vegas, you need to switch roads and get on secondary road 160. Then you drive a couple of miles until you reach the Pahrump city center and turn right on secondary road 372. Once you reach the roundabout, take the first exit and after a short drive forward, you’ll see the casino on your right side. Be advised there are limited parking spaces, but parking is not really an issue in the area.
