Skinny Dugans Casino & Lounge is located in Artesian Heights, a neighborhood in southwest Las Vegas, not far from the city center. There is a bus station right in front of the casino, while the best bus is line 206. However, there is massive parking with over 150 slots, so that parking would be a problem. If you come from out of town, you should aim to get on US-95 and travel east. When you see the exit on S Valley View Blvd., take it, and drive down south until you reach the crossroad with W Charleston Blvd., and then turn right. In 300 feet, you will see Skinny Dugans Casino at your left side.
