As you enter the real Historical Western-style Saloon you can’t help be overawed by the décor. But a bit of guaranteed fun awaits you on the small casino floor which offers 20 fun Slot machines as well as a video game if the Slot machines are not your scene. The older Slot machines were removed and have been replaced by up to date, modern ones. Your visit may have that old Western lucky streak attached.

When you enter the Bucket of Blood Saloon you are transported back in time to an authentic Western Saloon, memorabilia and all. There is a Gift shop where you could purchase a souvenir T-shirt to remind you of a unique visit.
The Bucket of Blood Saloon has, as part of its authenticity, an original long bar which is fully stocked and the bartender is well known for his mean ‘Bloody Mary’. There is live music played by a house band and also a dance floor at which you could take a twirl. Though there is no in-house restaurant, there is an agreement with the neighboring one and they deliver it to you at the Saloon. The Nevada State Railroad Museum is in the near proximity and also worth a visit.

Bucket of Blood Saloon in Virginia City, NV, is located on the crossroad of C Street (NV-341) and Union Street. Virginia City is too small to have public transportation, so you will have to find your way around via car. Out of town travelers who wish to visit this Old West-themed bar can take interstate highway I-580 from Reno, Nevada and head South. Exit the highway at The Summit Reno and take NV-341 (Gaiger Grade Road). After this point is easy – just follow the road until it takes you to Virginia City, and you see Bucket of Blood Saloon on the left side of the road.
When visiting Bucket of Blood Saloon you are awed by the authenticity of the Western Saloon and all the memorabilia. It is a place rich in History. With a small but ample Casino floor with Slot machines and a Video games machine to try your hand at, you won’t be disappointed. The beautiful long Saloon with a well-stocked bar with amazing drinks and a Gift shop for your convenience, this would certainly be a truly memorable visit and worth your while. Though the casino is small, it could offer an added bonus to your visit.
