One of the only Oregon casinos to be located on the non coast side of the Cascade Range, Wildhorse Resort and Casino can prove to be a bit of a drive for those on the coastal route, so it’s only accessible by car and bus. But it’s worth every mile.
The Umatilla Reservation is a beautiful place, as is the cosy town of Pembleton, and the absolute best way to check out both is to head to Wildhorse Resort and Casino and spend a few nights amidst the gorgeous country of the Oregon plains in the top-grade resort. The casino is certainly nothing to sleep on, with a big casino floor featuring well over 1,000 slot machines, a decent spread of table games, and an exclusive Poker Room. The real unique feature of this casino has to be the expansive Cineplex, showcasing some great American cinema.
